eligible for a full or partial refund as outlined in your service agreement.
- Pay-After-Grade: For qualifying services, payment is due only after you have
received and verified your grade.
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of grade posting. Refunds are
processed within 5–10 business days.
- Non-Refundable: Services already completed and delivered with the agreed-upon
grade are non-refundable.
6. Payment Terms
- Pricing is provided on a per-service basis via custom quotes
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Late payments may result in service suspension
